Warren and Lori Rogers of Waterford announce the engagement of their son, Christopher Rogers, to Katie Renee Licastro, daughter of Anthony and Carmela Licastro of Long Valley, N.J.

Christopher graduated from Montville High School in 2004, then earned a bachelor of science degree in urban and regional planning from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. He is a pharmaceutical respresentative for Eli Lily.

Katie graduated from West Morris High School in Washington Township, then earned a bachelor of science degree in hospitality management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla. Katie is currently teaching cosmotology at the Artistic Academy in Morris Plains, N.J.

An April 20, 2013, wedding at the Florentine Gardens in Riverdale, N.J., is planned.
