SCORE seminar helps with accounting

As a business operator, you have bills to pay, customer sales to track and taxes to file. So you start one spreadsheet for bills, and another for sales, and a final one to list customers.

Now what?

The Southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE, a nonprofit that helps small businesses succeed, will hold a workshop on aligning QuickBooks with a charge of accounts from noon to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4, at Middlesex United Way, 100 Riverview Center, Suite 230, Middletown.

Instructor Elizabeth Dressler Santaus has two decades of bookkeeping experience.
