A restaurant that describes its fare as "twisted farm food" is scheduled to open next month at Mohegan Sun, replacing Birches Bar & Grill, which closed at the end of October.
Hash House A Go Go, which debuted in San Diego in 2000 and has since added six locations in Las Vegas and Reno, Nev., and Chicago, will open its first East Coast restaurant in mid-December next to Bobby's Burger Palace in Mohegan Sun's Casino of the Earth.
The all-day restaurant whose lighthearted menu blends "traditional dishes with bold flavors" will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
