Groton Town

Qynne Brende, 28, of 119 Dewey Ave. was charged Thursday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor, three counts of third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Kasey N. Carper, 29, of 118 Proteus Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

New London

Kyle A. Trombley, 22, of 219 Thames St. was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Didarula A. Chisty, 38, of 92 Terrace Blvd. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and interfering with a police officer.

Norwich

Justin Benware, 34, of 237 Taftville Occum Road, Taftville, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Avdia Zarate, 28, of 382 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and interfering with an officer.

State Police - Montville

Zebulon J. Caswell, 33, of 3 Stillman Road, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance.

Thomas Ortiz, 28 of 12 Park Drive, Sprague, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

Daniel Guzman, 35, of 81 5th St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Stonington

Stephen R. Lamb, 52, of 37 N. Broad St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct.

Waterford

Clifford Lamourine, 25, of no known address in New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and breach of peace.

Matthew Moffitt, 47, of 13 Malavenda Lane, Norwich, was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit a crime, sixth-degree larceny and driving with a suspended license.

Derek Quintana, 23, of Coventry was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
