The tradition of 'Make We Joy'

Published November 29. 2012 4:00AM

Make We Joy - that traditional celebration of the winter solstice - once again melds music, dance and drama this season. The performance, on Sunday at Conn College's Harkness Chapel, draws together community members from various backgrounds and cultures.

It also draws plenty of audience members, so get there early if you want to be certain you secure a seat.

Make We Joy, 4 and 7 p.m., Sunday, Harkness Chapel, Connecticut College, New London; free, donations accepted.
