Mohammed A. Arif, 36, of New York, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Bryan McCabe, 28, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., Apt. 209, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Nicole McDermott, 22, of 42 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Brian Hines, 36, of 85 Vauxhall St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying an officer's signal and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Ketan Shah, 26, of 29 Willow Lane, Waterford, was charged Monday with failure to respond to an infraction, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

State Police - Montville

Robert Kunkel, 27, of 133 Matthewson St., Jewett City, was charged Monday in Jewett City with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Jesse Pond, 26, of 21 Russell St., Mystic, was charged Monday in Montville with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Jacob Ullucci, 33, of Norfolk, Mass., was charged Sunday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way.
