Michael Jordan's 23.sports cafe
Mohegan Sun
Michael Jordan's cafe has always seemed to me the perfect casino restaurant: casual, with lots of big-screen TVs and the vibe of a place where things are happening. On a recent visit, there was a 15-minute wait, and the cafe was buzzing; one man watching a football game broke into an Ohio State fight song and was loudly joined by dozens of others. And the food rarely disappoints, even if it's a bit pricey. I ordered the Tall Guy ($16.95), an open-face ribeye steak on ciabatta, garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and tobacco onions. The steak was perfect, the garlic aioli delicious, and when I was done, I double-checked to make sure I hadn't missed any of the onions.

The 'grinding' dance style has sparked controversy at East Lyme High School. Should this form of dancing be banned at school dances?
