Amido Black plays reunion show at El 'n' Gee

Published December 06. 2012 4:00AM

Over six years, the New London hardcore act Amido Black released a quartet of independent EPs and amassed a seething following.

In 2011, the band called it quits.

Fans are getting what is at least a temporary seasonal present, though. On Friday, at the El 'n' Gee, Amido Black will play a reunion show - and, who knows, maybe they'll keep rolling for a while.

It's a solid bill, too. Bedroom Rehab Corporation, Modern Primates and Sadplant will also perform.

Amido Black, Bedroom Rehab Corporation, Modern Primates and Sadplant, 8 p.m. Friday, El 'n' Gee Club, 86 Golden Ave., New London; $5, $7 under 21; (860) 437-3800.
