Owners of Broadway's Foxwoods Theatre, which has borne the brand of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe's southeastern Connecticut casino since 2010, are seeking to sell the property, according to Playbill.com.

Live Nation Entertainment is working with a commercial real estate agent to find a buyer for the theater, currently home to "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark," the website reported. The theater is located on 42nd Street in the heart of Manhattan's theater district. The tribe's three-year deal for the theater's naming rights expires next year.

At the time the deal was forged, it was considered Foxwoods' most significant sponsorship.
