Groton Town

Justin Barker, 24, of 22 Buckeye Road was charged Thursday with five counts of risk of injury to a minor and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment.

Patrick E. Naylor, 23, of 1 Enders Island, Mystic, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Leonard J. Burke, 66, of 96 Rhonda Drive, Mystic, was charged Thursday with breach of peace. Editor's note: This deletes a charge from an earlier version that was based on erroneous information from police.

Stonington

Philip J. Starz, 35, of 23 Stillman Ave., Apt. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, improper use of markers and failure to have minimum insurance.

New London

Michael Ford, 58, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving with a suspended license, following too close and failure to have minimum insurance.

Matthew Holeman, 26, of 32 S. Ledyard St. was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of a narcotic.

Toyna Herr, 29, of 21 Shermor Place was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Christopher Johns, 31, of 21 Shermor Place was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Ryan Fleming, 30, of 293 Old Jewett City Road, Preston, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Antonio Morales Cor, 40, of 37 Lake St., Colchester, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Jonathan Allen, 28, of 5 West Strand Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have break lights.

Christina Torres, 20, of 978 Bank St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving while using a cellphone and failure to carry a license.

Waterford

Ruth Rivera, 43, of 11 Linden St., New London, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

Shannon Pearson, 47, of 61 Lathrop Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, drinking while driving a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, speeding and disobeying the signal of an officer.

Jonathan Chang, 23, of 208 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

Jeffery Brown, 46, of 27 Lathrop Road was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Robert Kensel, 43, of 20 First Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Mike Alexander, 23, of 127B Route 6, Columbia, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

Thomas Ortiz, 29, of 106 Brooklyn Road, Canterbury, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny and driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

Christopher Rivera, 43, of 117 Talman St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged in Preston Friday for driving while his license is suspended and failure to drive right.
