Brian M. Rose, 36, of 21 W. Elderkin Ave. was charged Monday with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Groton Town

Tanya R. Henson, 26, of 284 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

Kyle M. Aguiar, 26, of 77 Adelaide St., Unit 3, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Julie M. Galligan, 29, of 17 Buck St., Danielson, was charged Monday with second-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation and sixth-degree larceny.

Nykia Motley, 34, of 1742 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

Anthony G. Burgess, 24, of Sanford, Fla., was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance.

Omar S. Hernandez, 32, of 69 Merlino Drive was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ayven Villafuerte, 43, of 207 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

Thomas Payne, 26, of 24 Maple Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jamila Eve, 20, of 98 Debiasi Drive, Unit 310, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer, threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Soledad Reyes, 44, of 20 First St., Waterford, was charged Monday with improper parking, failure to use a turn signal and driving with a suspended license.

Carmelo Rosario Jr., 49, of 76 Fitch Ave. was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice.

Thomas C. Passero, 25, of 36 Bank St. was charged Monday with failure to wear a seat belt, failure to obey an officer's signal, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Waterford

Janice Falk, 66, of 116 Viets Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Kyle Aguiar, 26, of 77 Adelaide St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
