Eastern Connecticut Symphony Chorus performs holiday concert

Season's greetings: Friday brings the return of the annual holiday concert by the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Chorus in Connecticut College's Harkness Chapel.

What you'll hear: On the program are Vivaldi's Gloria and Lauridsen's Lux Aeterna. The audience can get into the act when the chorus does a sing-along with familiar carols.

Who are they? Chorus director Mark Singleton leads 80 singers who have all been auditioned. Accompanying the vocalists are Joan Cook and members of the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra.
