Angela J. Hopkins, 37, of 301 Buddington Road, #34, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert Berg, 29, of 18 Garfield Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license.
Natasha Brown, 37, of 30 Lincoln Ave. #2, was charged Sunday with failure to appear/respond to infraction.
Javier Antonio Casanova, 22, of 24 Michael Road, Apt. A, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Rachael C. Sizer, 21, of 59 Hinckley St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Waterford
Brittany Spera, 25, of 16 Colonial Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain adequate insurance, failure to wear a seat belt, use of a cellphone while driving and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
