James D. Smith II, 24, of 175 Poquonnock Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

New London

Albert Goss, 20, of 61 Blackhall St. was charged Wednesday with reckless driving, theft of number plates, engaging an officer in pursuit, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and violation of probation.

Jean Fleurijeune, 51, of 54 Montauk Ave. was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Norwich

Tiffany Davis, 25, of 300 Central Ave. was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and threatening.

State Police - Montville

Daniel Candales, 42, of Lisbon was charged Monday in Lisbon with criminal possession of a firearm and failure of sex offender to register address.

Waterford

Thanouthong Soulignavong, 28, of 5 Carriage Hill Drive, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive in the proper lane.
