Yale Concert Band, feat. Yale Glee Club: “A New Haven Psalter”

Yale Concert Band, Thomas C. Duffy, Music Director, presents the world premiere of “A New Haven Psalter,” by Yale School of Music composer Ingram Marshall. Featuring the Yale Glee Club, Jeffrey Douma, Musical Director.

Concert will also feature works by Yale and New Haven composers: Bulldog/Bingo/Whoop It Up (Cole Porter); Variations on “Jerusalem the Golden” (Charles Ives, arr. Keith Brion); The Alcotts (Ives, trans. Richard Thurston); An American in Paris (George Gershwin); A Parisian in America (Thomas C. Duffy); Rocket Sleigh (Delvyn Case); “Dance” from Poem and Dance (Quincy Porter); Winter Prayer (Alex Weiser).
