Discussion: It's Such A Pity We Don't Talk Anymore

Alicia Pena, LCSW, leads a discussion on ways to explore the possibility of expressing feelings with open-hearted clarity and in ways that communication won't end in a "fight" but in a compassionate sharing of thoughts and feelings.

Pena is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years experience working with children and families. She is a psychotherapist in private practice in Waterford, Connecticut. The discussion is free and open to the public.
