6:30 p.m., George Parker, raw vegan chef and personal trainer, will demonstrate new recipes for everyone to try; please bring a vegetarian or vegan dish to share, serving utensil, list of ingredients to put with your food, the recipe, your place setting and a beverage; all are welcome; $7 adults; $3 children ages 6-13; free for children 5 years and under; (860) 537-7297.
