Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy greets students gathered in the hall at John B. Stanton School in Norwich Friday, Oct. 19, 2012. Stanton is the third of the four "Commissioner's Network Schools" the governor will visit across the state highlighting his administration's education reform efforts.
