Businesses rebuilding at Misquamicut Beach

Businesses at Misquamicut Beach in Westerly, starting to rebuild after Superstorm Sandy with the aid fo the Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck Chamber of Commerce, are finding it hard to pry loose insurance money, but owners still have high hopes for a memorable Memorial Day.
