Norwich apartment complex fire

Three apartments in the Cedar Glen apartment complex at 99 Cedar St. were damaged in an early morning fire. Norwich Fire Chief Ken Scandariato said the fire was reported at 5:28 a.m. in Building C, which houses more than a dozen apartments.
