Griswold firefighters and State Police secure the scene of a tractor trailer rollover and spill on I395 North at the Norman Road overpass in Griswold Wednesday Sept. 18, 2013. The accident occurred when the tractor trailer stuck at Connecticut Department of Transportation truck on the side of the highway causing the tractor trailer to swerve and rollover. The tractor trailer was loaded with cartons of champagne which also spilled over the highway when the trailer broke open in the accident.
