The Senate recently voted on the bill that would have allowed seniors to receive a one-time payment of $250. This was proposed because seniors will not be receiving a cost-of-living increase.

The proposal was rejected, so there will be no check for seniors.

There were 40 Republicans and 10 Democrats voting against it.

Now ask yourselves this question: Which party in Congress cares about seniors?
