Anglers receive little as license fees double

In the governor's lame attempt, she has doubled the price of my fishing license. If my license money went to the Department of Environmental Protection, then I would have no complaint.
But I understand it goes into the general fund. For all I know, the money is being used to fill potholes in Hartford. I was robbed.
