Groton City

Leslie S. Smith, 21, of 584 Shennecossett Road, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights lit.

Groton Town

Tyler Cawley, 20, of 444 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Montville

Scott Sousa, 41, of 198 Derry Hill Road, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Holly Clifford, 33, of 9 Elberta Place, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

New London

James Efre, 48, of 304 Green Haven Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

Tameria Patterson, 21, of 68 Connecticut Ave., was charged Monday with failure to respond to an infraction, second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremiah Drinkwater, 36, of 55 Maxson Place, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Corey Mees, 25, of 936 Bank St., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Norwich

Jason Moore, 27, of 544 Boswell Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Yi Fan Zou, 52, of New York, N.Y., was charged Monday at Foxwoods Resort Casino with first-degree criminal trespass, two counts of failure to respond to an infraction and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Eliezer Ortiz, 42, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Sunday in Old Saybrook with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Marc Cuneo, 36, of Portland, was charged Saturday in Old Saybrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Vanhxay Souvannalath, 43, of New Britain, was charged Wednesday in Old Saybrook with reckless driving and failure to drive right.

Scott Meyers, 20, of Guilford, was charged Wednesday in Old Saybrook with reckless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Kolich, 33, of Stamford, was charged Feb. 28 in Old Saybrook with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Keith Thomassen, 37, of 148 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, was charged Feb. 25 in Westbrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert D. Ferguson, 52, of 30 Portland Ave., Old Lyme, was charged Feb. 23 in Old Lyme with third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Carlos Roberto Castro-Arnol, 22, of 260 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Feb. 21 in Westbrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive right and failure to have stop lamps lit.

Shannon Curtis, 28, of 4 Sunset Ave., Old Saybrook, was charged Feb. 21 in Middletown with driving with a suspended registration, driving with an expired license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stonington

Laura E. Wyble, 55, of 56 Miner Ave., Waterford, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Waterford

Megan Watrous, 21, of 57 Williams St., Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
