Too costly to give OK in workers' comp case

You've got to be kidding. I am referring to the New London woman who wants workers' compensation. ("NL woman wants workers' comp for post-traumatic stress after colleague's murder," March 3.) I can only hope that she is declined because if granted, the flood gates will open big time.
Thousands of people lose family, friends and loved ones because of crimes and accidents on work sites. If compensation is paid because of post-traumatic distress to these thousands it would put this country into further debt.
