Robert Abrante, 53, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Apt. 4, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to use a turn signal.

New London

James Ross, 53, of 70 Farmington Ave., was charged Monday with interfering with police, second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gerardo Ragan, 30, of 40 Crystal Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Isiah McMair, 35, of 134 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Robert Martinez-Rojas, 19, of 21 Nathan Hale Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

Norwich

Jason Moore, 27, of 544 Boswell Ave. was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dwight Winston, 42, of 49 Union St., was charged Monday with second-degree assault, criminal attempt to commit a crime, breach of peace, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Willy Rodriguez, 26, of 496 North Main St., was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kevin Marceau,49, of 25 Broadway was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Norberto Marerro-Rosario, 44, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace, reckless endangerment and failure to have prescription in a proper container.

Old Saybrook

Tonia Tubaya, 42, of 92 Main St., Deep River, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling at an unreasonable speed.

Virginia Brownell, 50, of 27 Hungerford Road, East Haddam, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Shayne Smith, 33, of 213 Westbrook Road, Deep River, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Jeffery Viola, 29, of 12 Pilgrim Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wayne Rogers, 69, of 97 Rattling Valley Road, Deep River, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disobeying an officer's signal.

Patrick Topitzer, 19, of 6 Jefferson Circle, Clinton, was charged Friday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Clark, 19, of 7 Mary Mac Loop, Clinton, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

State police - Montville

Kimberly A. Hopkins, 18, of 354 Denison Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with second-degree criminal mischief.

Christopher Scalaro, 25, of 5 Orton St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain established lane.
