East Lyme

Nathaniel E. Mountzoures, 20, of 35 Irvingdell Place, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

A 16-year old was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Groton City

Peter Marshall, 20, of Chester, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Groton Town

Heidi Phillips, 18, of 21 Old Colony Lane, was charged Wednesday with minor operating a motor vehicle with an elevated blood alcohol level and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Scott A. Jay, 35, of Hampton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and making an improper turn.

Ledyard

Michael W. Shetler, 23, of Virginia Beach, Va., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Montville

Michael J. Smead, 37, of Chester, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian Heller, 27, of 732 Norwich-New London Turnpike, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

New London

Ginger Turner, 35, of 595 Montauk Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a turn signal.

James Hubbard, 41, of 1632 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Rasheem Singleton, 28, of 41 Belden St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Jonathan Fisher, 28, of 51 Popple Bridge Road, Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with first-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Anthony Zeppieri, 36, of 22 Flyers Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating unregistered motor vehicle and improper number of headlights.

Nicole L. Ronchetti, 28, of 471 Killingworth Road, Higganum, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving at an unreasonable speed.

Plainfield

Steven J. Twozyldo, 47, of 245 Lathrop Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police.

Paul McAvoy, 18, of Sprague, was charged Tuesday in Baltic with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with police.

Michael Cutsinger, 18, of Baltic, was charged Tuesday in Baltic with second-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with police.

A juvenile from Bozrah was charged Tuesday in Baltic with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Waterford

Jessica Olszewski, 30, of 51 Star St., Norwich, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

William Perry, 47, of 148 Shore Ave., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a control signal.
