Open Houses Coming to Griswold

Although the town now owns the former Griswold Airport property, access has been restricted while plans for demolition and construction proceed. During this interim period, we are sponsoring two open houses to allow the property's new owners, Madison's citizens, to tour this special place. The dates are Saturdays,

Aug. 28 and Sept. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon. People will be on hand to conduct tours of the coastal forest and to discuss areas anticipated for the construction of athletic fields and trails, etc.
