No reason for marriage if pair can't procreate

In the beginning God created the heavens and the Earth, which is a concept accepted by at least 35 percent of people on Earth. Then God created man. God saw that man was lonely and created woman. Why woman? Obviously so that they could have children and increase the species.
God did not create another man, for what purpose would that serve? Thus, for all of history marriage was accepted as a union of a man and woman to have children. So how could anyone even suggest same-sex marriage?
The liberals of the Democratic Party have sought to overturn our form of government to form an anti-capitalistic, socialist form of government. This is accomplished by undermining our existing morals, one of which is marriage. They have been very successful. Young people don't think of marriage; they just live together and such.
The final nail in the coffin, to further denigrate marriage, is to permit gay marriage, which destroys the concept of marriage. Get it?
