Gardner Lake firehouse really cooks up a feast

The turkey dinner that the Gardner Lake firehouse put on Aug. 21 was excellent.
The department helped with the parking, the line went in orderly fashion and the plates were filled with turkey, potatoes, green beans, stuffing, cranberry and rolls. Drinks and cake were also included - all for only $10! Wow.
They can do that anytime. Once a month and we would be there.
Thumbs up to all who put that meal on.
