Arthur J. Michaels, 58, of Waterbury, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Shane W. Burgess, 40, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to yield the right of way.

Hiran Velez, 35, of 187 Huntington St., Apt. D12, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school.

Bruce Dooley, 39, of 21 Amity St., Apt. D, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer.

Larry Mack, 43, of 851 Bank St., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Dennis Higgins, 47, of 22 Alger St., was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with police and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Margaret Chapman, 19, of no certain address, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and second-degree accessory to custodial interference.

David Allard, 42, of 380 Central Ave., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.

Juan Carraso, 22, of 53 Elizabeth St., was charged Tuesday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Timothy Wilcox, 30, of 228 Broad St., was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and criminal violation of a protective order.
