Groton Town

Tywan Richard, 19, of 6 Potter St., Norwich, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Christopher J. Richard, 23, of 15 West St., New London, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

Montville

Michelle Sweeney, 55, of 100D Woodland Drive, was charged Monday with violation of a restraining order.

New London

Dwayne Todd, 22, of 37 Tilley St., Apt. A6, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and muffler excessive noise.

Moises Osorio, 27, of 22 Clover St., was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to grant turn.

Norwich

Kelly Hajduk, 26, of 4 Mitchell Court, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Corinna Decelles, no certain address, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Melvin Seplveda, 21, of Willimantic, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Jesse Kamienski, 26, of Brooklyn, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, risk of injury to a minor, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive right.

Julieanna Starke, 43, of 147 Route 12, Preston, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Bonnie Brine, 38, of 58 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Thomas Hughes, 18, of Centerville, Mass., was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Gregg Rybkowski, 45, of 80 Sheldon Road, Jewett City, was charged Tuesday in Sprague with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Michael L. Woodward, 41, of 211 West Thames St., Norwich was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Dylan S. Macglaflin, 18, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
