Scouts Come Through for Vets

On behalf of the Branford Veterans Parade Committee, I wish to thank all units and personnel who participated in the Memorial Day Parade and the recent Veteran's Day Parade. Special thanks are in order to the 150 Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Brownies, and Cub Scouts and their leaders and friends who assisted the veterans of Branford in placing/retrieving approximately 2,000 flags on veteran grave sites in Branford for each event. This job would be very difficult without the scouts' help!
