Branford Police Incident Report or Dec. 31

The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Saturday, Dec. 31

• No arrests were made.

• A 35 year-old man of a Park Street apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:50 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 25 year-old man of a Jefferson Avenue apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:27 a.m. for misuse of plate, failure to have insurance, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 26 year-old Hamden man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:39 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 23 year-old East Haven woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:46 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 24 year-old man of Old Pawson Road was issued misdemeanor summons at 9:16 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to obey a stop sign.
