Branford Police Incident Report for Jan. 5 and 6

The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Thursday, Jan. 5

• No arrests were made.

• A 23 year-old man of Lantern View Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 10:35 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and misuse of dealer plates.

Friday, Jan. 6

• A 40 year-old man of Flax Mill Road was arrested at 8:53 a.m. for breach of peace.

• A 29 year-old woman of a North Main Street apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:25 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 41 year-old man of South Main Street was issued a misdemeanor summons at 11:19 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
