Branford Police Incident Report for Jan. 7

The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Saturday, Jan. 7

• A 43 year-old man of Longfellow Drive was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

• A 29 year-old Westbrook man was arrested at 10:26 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana, passing on the right, and failure to obey a control signal.

• A 29 year-old man of Alps Road was issued a misdemeanor summons at 12:10 p.m. for failure to have insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to obey a control signal.

• A 43 year-old woman of Jerimoth Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 1:35 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.

• A 31 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:02 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
