Branford Police Incident Report for Jan. 10

The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Tuesday, Jan. 10

• A 25 year-old man of an Ivy Street apartment was arrested at 1:40 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

• A 42 year-old Milford man was arrested at 12:30 p.m. and charged with larceny in the second degree.

• A 61 year-old man of a Main Street apartment was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on a warrant charging him with three counts of failure to appear in the first degree.
