The New York Times published a follow-up story on Ryan Boatright's situation.

It is a great read.

Boatright, a freshman guard on the UConn basketball team, has missed the last three games while the NCAA reviews his eligibility for a second time this season. A ruling could come any day now.

He was suspended for the first six games this season after the NCAA ruled that he received an improper benefit.

The Times story details the NCAA's investigation into the family's financial records, including bank statements.

It is unbelievable that the NCAA has so much power.
