Branford Police Incident Report for Jan. 14

The Sound publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in Branford and North Branford. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

Saturday, Jan. 14

• A 46 year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11 p.m. and charged with having weapons in the motor vehicle, possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 26 year-old Clinton man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 7:21 a.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 28 year-old East Haven man was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:25 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 31 year-old man of Mona Avenue was issued a misdemeanor summons at 2:14 p.m. for failure to have insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• A 29 year-old man of Monticello Drive was issued a misdemeanor summons at 3:05 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat.
