• No arrests were made.
• A 74 year-old Deep River woman was issued a misdemeanor summons at 9:12 a.m. for failure to have insurance and operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension.
• From January 11 to 17 Branford police also issued 43 citations to motorists for using a hand-held cell phone while driving, 43 year-old citations for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 18 citations for failure to obey a control signal, five citations for failure to obey a stop sign, and two citations for failure to wear a seat belt in the front seat.
