The Board of Directors of the Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce has announced the resignation of the organization’s Executive Director, Judy Sullivan
Sullivan announced her plans on Friday, February 17 to resign her position as the Executive Director of the chamber effective March 2 to the Chamber President, Gina Calabro, who then informed the Board of Directors. Sullivan cited personal and family reasons for her departure.
“This was a very difficult decision to make,” stated Sullivan in her resignation letter. “I am extremely proud of my work at the Old Saybrook Chamber of Commerce in the past 6 years. I have enjoyed my work with the Chamber and will always value the experience.”
“Judy has been an incredible asset to the Chamber,” said president of the chamber, Gina Calabro. “Thanks to her dedication, there has been growth in our membership as well as the implementation of several new programs and services for the benefit of our members. She will be missed.”
An executive search will be conducted to identify Sullivan’s successor.
For additional information, please contact Gina Calabro (203-640-6180).
