Jessminda Lockyer, 32, of 286 Eugene O'Neill Drive, Apt. 15, was charged Tuesday with failure to set the emergency brake and evading responsibility.

Kelsey MacCracken, 20, of 35 Raymond Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Rajaidia M. Brown, 18, of 13 Town Hill Court was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Hassan Wilkes, 29, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Natalie Morales-Aguirre, 21, of 191 Ohio Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Derek Rivers, 56, of 123 Jefferson Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended registration.

Norwich

Savonne Mitchell, 20, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Donald Penman, 25, of Central Village was charged Monday with breach of peace, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a minor.

Jake Babinea, 30, of 10 Railroad Place was charged Monday with violation of probation.

Tia Perry, 20, of 15 Sapia Drive, Niantic, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Andrew Senuta, 24, of Lisbon was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
