Shayne McNeil, 19, of 17 Broad St. was charged Thursday with illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, criminal impersonation, fourth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Robert Bradley, 42, of no certain address was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of probation.
