Kayaker in Day pic should wear her PFD

I noticed with dismay in the picture of a kayaker in Mystic on May 30 that her PFD (personal floatation device) is sitting in the bottom of her boat. PFD's are provided for a reason; accidents can and do happen, even to experienced kayakers. Put it on.
