Sea Scouts to host events in July and August

New London— The New England Flotilla’s Sea Scout Centennial Regatta will take place July 13 to 15 at Fort Trumbull State Park.

Any Sea Scout Ship is welcome to attend and to arrive by boat or land. The cost is $45 per person to include food, a T-shirt, social and overnight. Units can pre-register online at Cape Cod & Islands Council www.scoutscapecod.org.

Camp Nautical, for Sea Scouts who look to gain skills and experience, will be held Aug. 5 to 11 in Ashford. For more information, contact Allen Iott, First Mate Sea Scout Ship 584 “Dragon” at (860) 912-1417 or aiott@tvcconnect.net.
