Sara McPherson, 27, of 600 Meridian St. Extension, Apt. 1316, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Andrew T. Sligar, 20, of 833 Vauxhall St. Extension, Waterford, was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening.

State Police - Montville

Lee W. Wichael, 24, of 61 Bishop Crossing Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Norwich with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree larceny.

New London

Aubrey Davis, 47, of Hartford, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of third-degree forgery, two counts of fourth-degree larceny, third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Maria Leopoldina, 40, of 36 Truman St. Apt. A, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Ashley Liebig, 23, of 575 Bank St., Apt. 302, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Borja, 39, of 36 Truman St., Apt. D, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

Kevin P. Myers, 47, of 38 Converse Court was charged Monday with driving while his license is suspended, driving an unregistered vehicle, no insurance on an unregistered vehicle, misuse of marker plates and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Meghan T. Mills, 30, of Greenport, N.Y., was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.

Jessica Rodriguez, 32, of 106 Blackhall St., second floor, was charged Monday with interfering with a 911 call, interfering with an officer and breach of peace.

Danielle Sullivan, 24, of 59 Woods Drive was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Manuel Pacheco, 28, of 94 Leffingwell Road, Uncasville, was charged Monday with violation of a restraining order.

Waterford

Brandon Peters, 22, of 536 Tollgate Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal mischief.

James Ryder, 33, of 104 Spithead Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to register a commercial vehicle.

Roberto Vega, 37, of 153 Garfield Ave., New London, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.

Gregory Delossantos, 47, of 40 Eastern Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while his license is suspended, driving a motorcycle without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and stop sign violation.

Patrick Fredrick, 48, of 27 Laurelwood Drive, Niantic, was charged Thursday with driving while his license is suspended, misuse of marker plates and no insurance.
