The median age of the three members of Boys II Men is 31, which means they might more accurately be called Men II Getting-Older. Of course, by that logic, the Beach Boys should be called Ooooh, Those Crusty Codgers Are Groading-Up the Beach.
In any event, Boys II Men, with over 60 million records sold, are the most successful R&B group of all time. Their stellar a capella harmonies and velour-smooth balladry will probably always resonate with long-time fans, and they bring the magic Saturday to the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods.
The group's latest album, last fall's "Twenty," featured a baker's dozen new songs and rearrangements of faves such as "MotownPhilly" and "It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday." Expect a beautifully choreographed set of hits.
