Eric B. Bianchi, 19, of 15 South Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Stonington

Katherine M. Hackbarth, 48, of 45 Sisk Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree larceny.

Lisa Marie Brown, 33, of 9 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, and threatening.

Brian L. Taber, 46, of of 9 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, and threatening.

State Police - Montville

Kristyn A. Cappetta, 31, of 68 Brook Lane, North Branford, was charged Friday after being stopped on Interstate 95 in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

John Mulcahy, 51, of 44 Lauren Lane, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to appear in court and failure to drive right after an accident on Route 163 in Montville.
