The parents of Angela Payne and John Young IV are pleased to announce their engagement.

Angela is the daughter of Anthony and Diana Payne of Waterford. She is a 2007 graduate of Waterford High School and a 2011 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor degree in elementary education. She is currently employed as a substitute teacher and tutor in the Montville School District.

Johnny is the son of John and Ellen Young of Colchester. He is a 2007 graduate of Bacon Academy and a 2011 graduate of Central Connecticut State University with bachelor degrees in accounting and finance. He is currently employed as an accountant at Enterprise Builders in Newington.

A June 2014 wedding is planned.
