You think Mark Cuban's rich? Take a bite of this gourmet ice cream - er, gelato, as the Bon Appetit folks would intone - and send your taste buds on a rocket-blast through the heavens. My God! It's like a core group of New England Luminists painted the inside of your mouth with frosty, melted caramel - and the wizard's touch of sea salt-coated chocolate truffles, providing a contrapuntal texture, is almost too much. It's not, though. I ate an entire pint in about 17 seconds, and howled like a wolf when my wife tried to pry the empty carton from my hands. This, and many of the other fine Talenti flavors, are available locally at Stop 'n' Shop and Big Y.
